Management Development

Management Development

Management Development is about helping someone reflect on how their department can improve. In addition, it is to solve familiar tasks better by becoming more aware of ones’ potential as a leader, and by giving someone the basis for growth and development. This can be achieved by carefully reflecting, challenging, motivating, exercising and guiding candidates through the whole process.

The purpose of Management Development is to reveal personal aspects of potential development, and personal strengths, in the various leadership roles. The process is composed of multiple sessions, where the content will consist of specific plans of action with predetermined and relevant tasks. Such a process is largely based on the current position, with a focus on the creation of insight into ones’ personal strengths and areas of potential growth.
