Executive Search is often utilized for recruitment when the position is central and critical to the enterprise. A need for discretion may arise due to competition and internal conditions. 

The purpose of Executive Search is either to approach candidates on a leader or specialist level, that would normally not respond to a simple ad, or to approach a candidate market that would otherwise be difficult to access. When we are looking for candidates, discretion is an essential prerequisite.
