GAB can contribute with analyses of personality and evaluation of competence when a new leader is in accession in the organization. An update considering the competency-profile and personality composition in the group might be desirable, and in addition to detect the potential of growth within the group of leaders. 

We supply our own competence in conjunction with mergers and acquisitions, where Management Due Dilligence is considered to be an important aspect of evaluation. In addition, companies can utilize a Management Audit to map out the competence and personal traits of the leaders, especially if there have been significant changes in the chain of values or strategic goals of the company.
